I've recently had one of our web design customers come to us stating that their emails are not coming through from a lead generation form that they have setup to track national television advertisement responses to. This company took one of our employees on as their own SEO/Marketing director and I have since found out that he has accessed the database.

Is there anyway to track what changes he may have made to the database? I'm not a .net developer but know a little bit about databases. I've looked around for a log file but can't spot anything?

There is no log file that could help you.
If ever you want to find changes he could have made to the schema of the db, there are some "db compare" tools that could help you. We recommend Red Gates ones: http://www.red-gate.com/

(also, do not forget to change password to access the db...)
