Can't upload .bak

I just switched hosting company's from Go-Daddy to appliedi.net and am trying to transfer over my MS SQL backup file. I am using the myLittlebackup restore function and I go through all the steps, i.e. I choose the db I want to restore, choose the backup file etc, then when I click the "restore" button, it thinks for a second then the page "Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Webpage appears. Any ideas?
