I want to set up the database for the first time
I use the Restore Wizard(web Hosting), select the database created for me by the web host. I select my .bak from a local drive. I leave the Position edit blank as I do not know what it is. I press Restore Database and wait...
After a few minutes I get an error like,

"mscorlib

The network path was not found."

Does anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong?

You are doing nothing wrong. It's just that your webhoster did not configure the restore wizard correctly.

Also your webhoster has to keep in mind that myLittleAdmin restore wizard is a good way to restore backup file previously processed on the same server.

If your webhosters needs a way to allow his customers restoring their databases from backup previously processed on other servers (another webhoster, customer development server, etc.) then he needs to offer myLittleBackup (more info on http://www.mylittlebackup.com)
